Ash Wednesday Service • Wednesday, March 5 • 6:00 p.m. • Sanctuary
Ash Wednesday begins the season of Lent. Our worship will include the ancient practice of the imposition of ashes. Ashes are a witness to the power and beauty of our union with Christ and to the daily dying and rising with Christ that this entails. This service will include music, prayers, ashes, Scripture, and a homily by Will Arledge.

Lenten Vesper Services • Wednesday, March 12 – April 9 • 6:00 p.m. • Chapel
These candlelit, contemplative worship experiences will invite you to enter a place of rest, prayer, and reflection. The theme of Vespers is “Creation Speaks. Through prayers, Scripture, music, and liturgy, we will consider how we may find God in creation. Click here for more details.

Palm Sunday • Sunday, April 23 • 11:00 a.m. • Sanctuary * 
At the beginning of Holy Week, we focus on the entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem to shouts of “Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!” Our children’s choir will sing and process with palms as we turn our attention to Jesus’ journey to the cross.

Maundy Thursday  • Thursday, April 17 • 6:00 p.m. • Sanctuary
“Maundy” comes from the Latin word “mandatum” meaning “commandment,” reflecting Jesus’ words, “I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another” (John 13:34). Hymns, scriptural meditation, music by the Adult Choir and instrumentalists, and a special observance of the Lord’s Supper inspire worshippers to remember the sacrifice of Christ.

Good Friday Service – Stations of the Cross • Friday, April 18 • Noon • Sacred Garden/Sanctuary
We gather to follow Jesus through the stations of the cross with prayers, scripture readings, and dramatic renderings of his passion.
