Trailmarks

From early civilization to the present, cairns (balancing stones) have been created for both practical and meaningful reasons. Often created simply as directional markers pointing the way home or to safety, a cairn is also the symbol of the spirit of friendship and hope. The rock sculptures are built by those who have been down a path, to remember the journey, and to mark the way for others.

What is Trailmarks?

Trailmarks is a ministry model we have created here at First Baptist. Ultimately, the model invites parents, students, and ministers into close collaboration in an effort to provide holistic spiritual formation for the entire faith journey. By working together to achieve shared goals, we believe we can create a partnership for life-long discipleship of our children and youth. The core values of Trailmarks include:

  • Intentionality
  • Consistency
  • Communication
  • Partnership

How do we begin the conversation?

Our ministerial staff would highly value the opportunity to sit down with you over a cup of coffee or a meal to talk more about how we can support your family in meeting your personal and spiritual needs. We would love to meet with each family at least once throughout the year. Email us directly here to set up a time:
