Will Arledge

Pastor of Youth & Young Adults

Will is a lifelong member of FBCA, where he was baptized in 1993 and grew up active in the church’s youth and music programs. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006, Will spent 12 years working in telecommunications before earning his Master of Divinity from McGill University and the Montreal School of Theology in Canada.

Will brings a deep love for FBCA and a passion for helping youth and young adults experience God through worship, community, nature, and music. After serving as FBCA’s Pastoral Resident during the 2024–25 academic year, he went on to serve as Minister for Formation and Outreach at Grace Church in the Mountains in Waynesville, NC.

Will rejoined the FBCA staff in August 2025 as Pastor for Youth and Young Adults. He is married to Marian, also a member of the church, and they have a son, Liam, who participates in the Agape Kids program.
