Contemplative Hike led by Heather Swanson

Framed by the writings of Hildegard of Bingen, Thomas Merton, and Mary Oliver, this 1.2 mile hike through the beautiful Montreat wilderness invites us to savor the new life emerging around us. Our contemplative rhythm will follow a nature-based “lectio divina”, shaped by silence, reflection, prayer, and shared insight. Heather is a seasoned spiritual director with deep wilderness experience and a passion for cultivating awareness of Divine presence in nature. 12 spots available. Cost: $15.
